Element #3 – Property Features & Benefits

When it comes to the property features and benefits, you have a bit more room to work with. You won’t need to be nearly as succinct as you do with the headline and opener.

You do want to make sure you’re keeping it to the point, though, and trying to keep it under 250 words.

Most homebuyers will focus on items like the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, the square footage, and other standard information, you want to guide their attention to the benefits of the property.

This section is your opportunity to tell the story of the home and help buyers imagine themselves living in each room of it.

That means you’ll want to use adjectives to describe the kitchen, bathroom, study, whatever rooms you have available, to highlight and create an emotional connection.

Here’s an example:

Discover the luxury of coastal living with this masterpiece waterfront property located in [location].

Spanning across 3,500 square feet, this meticulously renovated home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, giving you and your family ample space for rest, relaxation, and entertainment.

When entering the home, you’re immediately greeted in the grand foyer that opens into an expansive living room adorned with premium finishes and full views of the sparkling waterfront.

The fully renovated chef’s kitchen features the latest state-of-the-art appliances, a spacious island, and custom cabinetry making it perfect for hosting both large parties and intimate gatherings.

When stepping outside, the lush landscaping calls for you to unwind near the crystal clear pool while soaking in the sun or stepping onto your private dock.

The covered patio lets you enjoy warm sunsets and the gentle sea breeze on those long summer evenings.

Located just minutes from local shopping and schools, this paradise offers you a life of convenience without compromising privacy and luxury.

Element #4 – Professional Photography

With the digital age we’re currently living in, the images you use are essential for grabbing the attention of potential buyers.
